How to Merge and Reorder PDF Pages

This guide shows you how to use PDF Organizer and what to check before using the downloaded file.

Put documents in the required order

When a form needs several certificates or reports in one PDF, the page sequence matters. Keep source PDFs available so you can check each page against the final file.

Add PDFs and rearrange pages

Open PDF Organizer and add your PDFs. Use the page previews to find the document you need, then drag pages into the required order. You can combine pages from multiple PDFs in the same output.

Rotate and remove unwanted pages

Rotate sideways scans so they read upright. Delete blank or duplicate pages, then check the thumbnails again: removing a page changes the final numbering. Use the preview to confirm the first and last pages before downloading.

Download and verify

Export the organized PDF and open it in a PDF viewer. Check that every required page is present, readable and in the expected order. If the source is a scan, these page operations preserve its appearance; they do not turn scanned text into editable text.
